About Us
Meet the team behind Growth Advisory.
We have served as CEO, COO, CMO, and sales architect. Today, we are building the structures that we ourselves would have needed in the past.
What Unites Us
Practice before theory. Always.
We come from the operational side of the business.
Everyone on the team has personally built, managed, hired, sold, and guided the company through phases of growth.
What we bring to the table is hands-on experience across various disciplines. Taken together, this provides the breadth of expertise that a growing company needs.
Strategy, Sales, Operations, Brand, Processes.
Five Perspectives, One Mission.

The People Behind Growth Advisory

Role
Dominik Biss
He started selling things when he was 14. Since then, building things has been a common thread running through everything he does.
Dominik gained experience in the SME sector and the franchise industry before going on to build two software companies. As COO, he grew one to over 60 employees, and he self-funded another with a seven-figure budget. The software was financed through his own agency, and for the past three years, he has been focusing on the SME sector through his management consulting firm, Growth Advisory. His clear focus is on bringing the principles of personal branding and data-driven business development to the SME sector.
- COO at CopeCart, growing the team to 60+ employees
- Co-founder and Co-CEO of a payment platform; grew the company to 30+ employees
- Our own premium agency for brand building, with record-breaking launches
- 7 years of consulting for personal brands such as Damian Richter, Jack Nasher, and Slatco Sterzenbach, as well as small and medium-sized business clients such as Rotcon Europe GmbH, Starcode, DRS Hagelschaden, and Brandible
Translates complex strategies into clear next steps. Loves KPI-driven sales and marketing. Asks the questions you should have asked yourself long ago.
Today, he and his team work with the most successful B2B service providers, consultants, and growing medium-sized companies.
Matthias Stütz
Matthias didn’t learn his craft in a lecture hall, but on the assembly line, within a corporate group, and through hands-on operational experience. As an expat in the U.S., he took charge of a location in crisis and established processes for preventive maintenance rather than just putting out fires—a lesson that continues to shape his work to this day. He dropped out of his MBA program in 2017 to start his own business. His journey took him from running his own agency, to building up support at CopeCart, to serving as head of operations at SalesPower, and finally to Growth Advisory, where—together with Dominik—he helps mid-sized companies grow through systems rather than just treating symptoms.
- Spent 3 years as an expat in the U.S., responsible for preventive maintenance at a corporate site during the crisis
- Founding and Building Your Own Marketing Agency
- Head of Support at CopeCart; grew the team from 4 to 20 employees; increased revenue by 400%; and established the consulting division and support structures at SalesPower
- Co-founder and COO of Growth Advisory, focusing on replicable systems for small and medium-sized businesses
Matthias thinks in terms of processes, not exceptions. He builds the structure that prevents a problem from happening a second time. He learned this from hands-on experience in a corporate setting, not from a textbook.
Today, he and his team are responsible for ensuring smooth processes in marketing, sales, and operations at rapidly growing medium-sized companies. His goal: for companies to function effectively even without daily oversight from the owner.
